All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted.

However, your satisfaction is important.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Kineko Studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or solution will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
